Belarbre LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops, maintains, and operates the Well-Managed mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
1. Overview
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed so that we do not collect, access, store, transmit, or sell your personal data.
All user-generated content is stored locally on your device and/or within your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit private database. We do not have access to this data.
We do receive limited diagnostic information from Apple related to app performance and crashes, as described below.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Information
We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to personal information through the App.
User-Generated Content
Any tasks, images, reminders, or other content you create within the App are stored exclusively:
- On your device; and/or
- In your private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit.
This data is associated with your personal Apple ID and is not accessible to Belarbre LLC.
Support Communications
If you contact us for support or feedback via email:
- We use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.
- We do not use email addresses for marketing.
- We do not sell or share contact information.
3. Diagnostics and Crash Reporting
We use Apple’s App Store Connect tools to review crash reports and diagnostic information related to the performance of the App.
Apple may provide us with pseudonymous technical diagnostic data related to app crashes and performance. This may include:
- Crash logs
- Device type
- iOS version
- App version
- Limited usage diagnostics
- Anonymous identifiers
This information:
- Does not include your name, email address, or the content you create in the App
- Is not linked to your identity
- Is used solely to improve app stability and performance
- Is provided to us by Apple in accordance with Apple’s privacy policies
The collection and processing of diagnostic data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and your device’s analytics settings. You may control whether diagnostic data is shared with Apple in your device settings.
4. Hosting and Backend Infrastructure
The App uses Apple’s CloudKit private database to enable optional syncing across your devices.
- Data is stored in your personal iCloud account.
- Data is encrypted and governed by Apple’s security standards.
- We do not have the technical ability to access your private CloudKit data.
- If you delete your App data or iCloud data, we cannot recover it.
Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Payments and In-App Purchases
The App uses Apple’s App Store payment system for purchases and subscriptions.
- Payment information is processed by Apple.
- We do not receive or store payment details.
- Purchases are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
6. Device Permissions
Photos
If you choose to attach images from your Photos library:
- The App only accesses images you explicitly select.
- Images are stored within your device and/or private iCloud account.
- We do not access or store your images.
Notifications
The App may request permission to send local notifications for reminders.
- Notification data is stored locally on your device.
- We do not receive notification data.
- You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
7. Data Retention
Because we do not collect or store user-generated personal data, we do not retain such information.
Diagnostic information provided through App Store Connect is retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We access this information solely through Apple’s developer tools.
8. Data Sharing and Selling
We do not:
- Sell personal information
- Share personal information with third-party advertisers
- Use third-party analytics SDKs
- Engage in cross-app tracking
Diagnostic data we review is provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s policies.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Because we do not collect or store your personal content, we cannot:
- Access your user-created data
- Modify your data
- Delete your data on your behalf
If you wish to delete your data, you may do so:
- Directly within the App;
- By deleting the App; and/or
- Through your iCloud account settings.
If you wish to limit diagnostic data sharing, you may adjust your device’s analytics settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If a child contacts us via email and provides personal information, please contact us so we can delete that communication.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
